    • Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
    • Ginger root (Zingiber officinale radix)
    • Dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinale folium)
    • Buckthorn bark (Rhamnus frangula cortex)
    • Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica herba)

  • Instructions

    • Mix a level teaspoon (2g) of tea in one liter of boiling water.
    • Boil for three minutes, then cover, let it cool for thirty minutes, and strain.
    • It is recommended to drink one liter of tea per day.

    • Keep out of reach of small children.
    • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
