- Blueberry leaves and fruits (Vaccinium myrtillus folium et fructus)

Instructions
- Mix a level teaspoon (2g) of tea in one liter of boiling water.
- Boil for three minutes then cover and let it cool for thirty minutes.
- Squeeze half a lemon into the cooled tea.
- It is recommended to drink one liter of tea per day.
