- Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
- Thyme (Thymus serpyllum herba)
- Black elderflower (Sambucus nigra flos)
- Linden flowers (Tilia platyphyllos flos)
- Chamomile flowers (Chamomilla recutita flos)
- Yarrow (Achillea millefolium herba)
- Knotgrass (Polygonum aviculare herba)

Instructions
- Mix a level teaspoon (2g) of tea in one liter of boiling water
- Boil for three minutes then cover and let it cool for thirty minutes
- Squeeze half a lemon into the cooled tea
- It is recommended to drink one liter of tea per day
