  • Ingredients

    • Milk thistle (Silybum marianum herba)
    • Chamomile flower (Matricariae flos)
    • Yarrow (Achillea millefolium herba)
    • Calendula flower (Calendula officinalis flos)
    • Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria herba)

  • Instructions

    • Mix a level teaspoon (2g) of tea in one liter of boiling water
    • Boil for three minutes then cover and let it cool for thirty minutes
    • Squeeze half a lemon into the cooled tea
    • It is recommended to drink one liter of tea per day
