• The daily dose (2g) contains 0.43g of plant material (leaf with flower) of hawthorn (maximum daily dose: corresponds to 1.5g of plant material)

• Mix a level teaspoon (2g) of tea in one liter of boiling water
• Boil for three minutes then cover and let it cool for thirty minutes
• Squeeze half a lemon into the cooled tea
• It is recommended to drink one liter of tea per day
