    • Lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis folium)
    • Peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita)
    • Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis radix)
    • Lady's bedstraw (Galium verum herba)
    • Chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla flos)

    • The daily dose (2g) contains 0.29g of plant material (root) of valerian (maximum daily dose: corresponds to 0.5g of plant material)

  • Instructions

    • Mix a level teaspoon (2g) of tea in one liter of boiling water
    • Boil for three minutes then cover and let it cool for thirty minutes
    • Squeeze half a lemon into the cooled tea
    • It is recommended to drink one liter of tea per day
