    • Lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris herba)
    • White horehound (Marrubium vulgare herba)
    • Lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis folium)
    • Yarrow (Achillea millefolium herba)
    • Calendula flower (Calendula officinalis flos)

  • Instructions

    • Mix a level teaspoon (2g) of tea in one liter of boiling water
    • Boil for three minutes then cover and let it cool for thirty minutes
    • Squeeze half a lemon into the cooled tea
    • It is recommended to drink one liter of tea per day
    • Start drinking the tea 7 days before your cycle and stop when it begins.
    • Repeat for at least 4 cycles
