  • Ingredients

    • White bean pods (Phaseolus vulgaris pericarpium)
    • Corn silk (Zea Mays stigmata)
    • Birch leaf (Betula alba folium)
    • Common chicory (Cichorium intybus herba)
    • Spiny restharrow root (Ononis spinosa radix)

  • Instructions

    • Mix a level teaspoon (2g) of tea in one liter of boiling water
    • Boil for three minutes then cover and let it cool for thirty minutes
    • It is recommended to drink one liter of tea per day
