    • Plantain large leaf (Plantago major folium)
    • Primrose flower (Primula veris flos)
    • Lungwort (Pulmonaria officinalis herba)

  • Instructions

    • In one liter of boiling water, mix one teaspoon (2g) of tea.
    • Boil for three minutes, then cover and leave to cool for thirty minutes.
    • Squeeze half a lemon into the cooled tea.
    • It is recommended to drink one liter of tea per day.
