  • Ingredients

    • Lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis folium)
    • Thyme (Thymus serpyllum herba)
    • Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
    • Chamomile flowers (Chamomilla recutita flos)

  • Instructions

    • In one liter of boiling water, mix one level teaspoon (2g) of tea.
    • Boil for three minutes, then cover and let it cool for thirty minutes.
    • Squeeze half a lemon into the cooled tea.
    • It is recommended to drink one liter of tea daily.
