  • Ingredients

    • Asperula (Galium verum herba)
    • Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria herba)
    • Lavender flowers (Lavandula officinalis flos)
    • Lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis folium)

  • Instructions

    • In one liter of boiling water, mix one level teaspoon (2g) of tea.
    • Boil for three minutes, then cover and let it cool for thirty minutes.
    • Squeeze half a lemon into the cooled tea. It is recommended to drink one liter of tea daily.
